Majestic Cleans Up Darwin Bus

Majestic Commercial has been awarded the contract to undertake a 3 month trial to clean the NT Government Darwin Bus Service (DBS) fleet.
The trial is designed to test both DBS operational challenges as a result of introducing contract detailing while enabling Majestic to bed down on site procedures to maximise our performance outcomes. This further expansion of Majestic's vehicle detailing portfolio also provides the opportunity to significantly expand our staff capabilities and to offer work flexibility to the Majestic Commercial Northern Territory Division.
The size and diversity of the DBS fleet is ideally suited to Majestic's operational strategies and we look forward to a long and mutually successful relationship with the DBS Team. Based on the experience gained through DBS, Majestic will now be looking to open up similar opportunites with Bus and Coach Companies across the nation.

Majestic Commercial has added to its portfolio of routine Hotel cleaning clients with the Merrino Tavern Hotel in Camden. Seen by locals as one of the premier venues in the Macarthur Region for fine bistro food and functions, the Merrino Tavern Hotel is a great place for socialising and catching up with friends. The large function room at the front of the Hotel has hosted lunches for Government Ministers to Receptions for Brides and everything in between. New Cairns Operations Centre

Majestic Commercial is now providing services in the brand new Cairns Rental Centre for Britz, Maui & Backpacker Motor-Homes. After a great effort by all involved to relocate in just a few days, Site Manager Clint and the Majestic Team are now settled into the new Centre just down the road from the original site. Once again a big thank you to Pargan who came down from our Darwin operation to help out for the transition. Majestic Commercial manangement are tremendously proud of the Cairns Team and the future is looking bright for a boom 2012 Queensland Tourist Season.

Majestic Commercial has now completed the floor rejuvenation for two seperate floors in the Sydney International Airport confirming our reputation for the hard floor care specialists. With significant further redevelopment of both the International and the Domestic Terminals planned over the next few years, Majestic Commercial are on track to become a preferred supplier for this signature civil project.

Majestic Commercial successfully completed its floor rejuvenation project at the Quay Grand Suites owned and operated by Mirvac, located at Circular Quay. Majestic Stone Care carefully removed all existing sealers from the natural stone floors and applied the Natural Diamond Polishing System. The final results are so impressive that it compliments the prestigious Hotel and its location. As proven by Majestic Commercial time & time again our modern techniques are eliminating strip & seals altogether, leaving natural stone floors looking like a million dollars with scratch and stain resistance together with little maintenance for all concerned. Majestic Commercial Stone Care division have recently, successfully completed rejuvenating the Epoxy Floors at the Head Office of Harley Davidson. Jose and the crew spent several nights working with the new Edge Polishing Machine that is the first in Australia. The results were terrific. Majestic Commercial on behalf of Glad Group, successfully completed the rejuvenation project at the CitiGroup Centre located at No: 2 Park Street Sydney. The property is owned by Macquarie and GPT Group, managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
The project consisted of diamond polishing of the Floors, Walls, Ceiling and Passenger Lift Limestone tiles. Our projects manager Jose Cevallos and the crew worked effortlessly and with enthusiasm throughout the 5 weeks until the desired results were achieved. The before and after photos tell a great success story.
Management at Majestic Commercial would like to thank Jose and the crew. Also thank you to Glad Group Management for the support throughout the entire project.

Majestic Commercial would like to thank Tourism Holdings in the assistance of expanding our Motorhome cleaning business into Darwin.
After intense study of the Darwin region, Majestic Commercial commenced it's operations 1st May 2009. Together with commited local and relocated staff to the region, Majestic Commercial would like to thank everyone involved.

Green Majestic

As corporate business and governments look closely at reducing greenhouse emissions, Majestic Commercial is also studying ways to improve its services to our customers that are safer and environmentally friendly. It is also an obligation that we have to our valued staff to make their jobs safer and more efficient.
In up and coming weeks our area managers will be on site to further train our cleaning staff with new ideas that can make a difference. Some of the new training will include the reinforcing of ways to be GREEN and ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY such as turning off Light Switches and unnecessary Power Points or Equipment.
Our hands free CHEMICAL DISPENSORS installed in the cleaning cupboards will be checked and maintained on a regular basis by our management team. Managers will also keep a close eye on all COMMUNICATION LOG BOOKS placed in each department and update any adjustments on the laminated DUTY STATEMENTS.
In coming weeks a review on the overall RECYCLING PROGRAMMES, HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS and general OH&S will continue to be a priority.
